Collection: CUT + SEW

The Cut and Sew process here at Apparel Forge starts with our expert team of Graphic Designers who take your ideas and images and transform them into the shapes required to make your garment. 

Then comes the printing process where we use large industrial format printers to print out the exact shapes of your garment onto special sublimation paper.

From there it goes into our rotary heat presses so that the inks can be transferred onto the fabric thereby dying it permanently.

FRIKIN LASER BEAMS then cut out the pieces from the fabric which then get sorted and sent into our sewing department

Finally we have your finished product!
